Winter Minis

Where I grew up, and most recently own - a small barn studio. This was my first year doing holiday mini sessions at the barn and I couldn't be happier! Not only was I able to decorate the barn with both indoor, and outdoor decor, but I was also able to shoot in the scenery surrounding the barn. The property that this barn is on belongs to my aunt, who I rent the space from. It was originally a red, beat up and dingy horse stable, that we turned into a clean and modern open space. Perfect to shoot at.

For these holiday minis, I wanted the decor to be minimal, that way you could choose to dress up, or go a more casual route with outfits. Pets are also always welcome to join any session at The Barn! There is plenty of open space for them to run around and get some cute candid shots.

Going into the new year, I am so grateful for everyone that booked a session with me this holiday season. It means that I am one step closer to my dream of owning both an indoor and outdoor studio space for my future shoots. You can expect to see more mini sessions being held at The Barn during each season, it's my new favorite spot!
